  David and his team did an excellent job on our house refurbishment. They were efficient, reliable, and always on time. Their planning, workmanship, and attention to tidiness were first-class, and the project ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  Dave is a fantastic builder who really takes pride in his work - the finish quality is excellent throughout. One thing that really stands out is how incredibly tidy he keeps the site, which made a huge difference during the project. His coordination of the various trades was spot-on, with everyone showing up when they were supposed to and completing their work on schedule. It's refreshing to work with such a well-organized builder who maintains high standards while keeping things moving. Would definitely recommend him for any building project - you won't be disappointed with the results.

  Trench for waste and electricity for a new annex and demolition of a garage and shed and clearing of

  They always arrived on time and would leave the site as tidy as possible. The trench was across a lawned garden which was replaced as neat as possible. There was also a trench across a driveway with imprinted concrete which was repaired without showing a join. Reliable, polite and professional.

  Complete ground floor refurbishment

  We hired DMC projects on recommendation from a friend, and after seeing the work first-hand and meeting with Dave we were more than confident to use them. Scope of the work included building works (Removal of internal and external walls/digging foundations/installation of RSJ) alongside installation and finishing work (New bathroom, kitchen and snug area). DMC projects was a force of nature throughout, they showed up at 8am every morning like clockwork and just got on with it. Usually had to coerce them into taking a break for tea! Cannot recommend Dave and the guys at DMC projects enough!

  Cladding work

  Dave was a true professional with exceptional craftsmanship. From start to finish his communication was clear and thorough. Throughout the work he consistently took photos and addressed any additional requirements as they came up. His attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend Dave for any building work.

  Concreting for foundations

  Would highly recommend DMC projects- Dave was competent, courteous, reliable with timings and finishing tasks. He took time to speak to the engineer who had drawn up the plans, and was thoroughly professional throughout. It was not an easy job as he took over from previous builders.
