Dave responded quickly to my enquiry and was easy and pleasant to deal with. He turned up on time with the materials and did the job for the agreed cost. I would certainly recommend him for any plumbing work.

We discovered a leak from an isolation valve, part of a flexible hose attached to our shower unit. I called DMG Plumbing, Heating & Electric Ltd - Dave answered my call and was with me within an hour and promptly identified the problem and solution. Sadly, the pipes were on "Net Day" delivery, so he ordered them, collected them the next morning and was with me near Melton Mowbray well before 10:00am. Once the water had been shut off and hot water tank partially drained, the pipes were swiftly replaced. Dave was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up everything after his visit - a good job!
