  Alteration in kitchen

  The job took a morning and Dylan almost finished but arranged to return to fill and sand some holes. So I paid him in good faith. I messaged him to say the shelf he had installed was measured incorrectly and the fridge would not fit in the space. Dylan assured me this was an easy fix. However despite trying to communicate frequently, he has not replied nor returned. We had to remove the shelf to get our new fridge in . The shelf was also glued which meant a section of plaster came off the wall too. If Dylan was incapacitated maybe he could have arranged for a team member to help out?

  To put up panelling over three flights of stairs to match the existing style of panelling.

  My husband & I can honestly say this is the WORST experience we have ever had. We are writing this review in the hope that other people will be spared the awfulness of having Dylan from DMH Carpentry & Construction in their homes. There were endless delays in him starting the job & he only actually turned up for about 7 hours spread over 2 days. He insisted on being paid a £250 deposit & on arrival immediately charged us an additional £300. He ripped things off the wall, left rubble all over the carpet & the slats that were delivered were useless & the wrong width! AVOID DMH at all cost!

  Excepting the work agreed price and date to carry out the work then GHOSTED

  Well, after already being left down once by someone else Dylan excepted this work agreed on the work to be carried out a price and a date to do the work. That day was today he was meant to arrive between 830 and nine it’s now 10 o’clock in the morning and he has decided to not respond to any correspondence either on this site or via mobile.

  Hanging 5 internal doors

  Very happy with the work done today by Dylan. He hung 5 internal doors in our house. Communication was good from booking up until the date of work also. Would definitely recommend to potential new customers! 👍🏼

  Replace skirting board

  It was a difficult job as the original skirting board was fitted before the ceramic floor tiles were laid. However, the work was completed successfully. I would not hesitate to recommend DMH.
