Had new boiler controls fitted after having replacement boiler earlier in the year. Engineer came out on time and was quickly able to resolve issue and fitted new controls.

My boiler wasn't producing any hot water so, after trying the basics (resetting it, checking the pressure, etc), I came here to find someone who actually knew what they were doing! Konstantinos was excellent all round - the problems were diagnosed within a few minutes, any questions I had were cleared up quickly, my options were made clear (repair, replace with a like for like or replace with a different boiler), as were the costs for each, and he was back the following day to make the necessary repairs. All in all, it couldn't have been better!
