  Dave was very reliable, polite & well mannered. He attended & cleaned out the gutters, making sure he tidied up after the work was completed. I am very happy with his work & would highly recommend him.

  New roof and building works to bathroom and living room

  I recently had DMLI Roofing & Property Maintenance complete a full re-roof, new fascias and soffits, and extensive bathroom building work, and I couldn’t be happier. Dave and the team were fantastic, working hard to finish on time with great attention to detail. As I work from home, I was worried about disruption, but they were courteous and kept noise to a minimum. I was so impressed that I booked them for building work in my living room, which has now been completed to a very high standard. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality workmanship!

  Plaster ceiling

  David quoted for plastering a hole in ceiling due to a leak. The work carried out was to a high standard and kept the area clean & tidy. He was very punctual aswell as courteous. I will be using David again for any future works.

  Great communication, got the job done

  It was a relatively small job, and while most trades rejected the job, Dave priced it up quickly and did the job as soon as he could. It was a roofing job, which is effected by the weather, but Dave communicated well and kept to his word. Him and his crew were polite and tidy. Highly recommended tradesman.
