Phenomenal hourly rate
We moved into a new property 5 weeks ago, and unfortunately the push button flush systems on toilet weren't working, my husband then spotted the D M Pritchard van next door and asked if they could take a quick look. Patrick was helpful and said he would order new system, after 12 days he turned up to fit new pack, job took 70mintutes, and labour as far as I can work out was over £200 an hour....all together cost £650 (inc VAT), will never ever use them again, the hourly rate is phenomenal, have used excellent trades people over the years, but never ever near this hourly rate.Job location: CF5
