  We contacted Dean around 9am on a Monday morning, after our felt flat roof started leaking. The same afternoon a team arrived to investigate. Soon after we discussed the best options to replace the roof, a very friendly group, knowledgeable, and left us feeling confident we had found the right company to provide us with the necessary work. The lads arrived around 7.45am, extremely polite, and ready to work over 2 days, the roof was fully stripped off, re boarded and re covered. They cleaned up after finishing, you wouldn’t know they had been! Fantastic service, and will recommend

  Don't use this company. I noticed leeks in September 2021 and contacted them. They said it was the guttering at first. Then eventually at the end of August 2020 they used ladders to find that the felt was wet under the tiles. They do NOT reply to phone calls always voice mail or answer service and on the odd occasion you are fobbed off with excuses! Emails are ignored! I was told on one of the few occasions that I managed to speak to the trader that repairs are not a priority. I am now left with a damp house, condensation and mould round the bedroom windows. Not good for one's health!

  Booked Dean to repair some storm damage to my roof. When he had not arrived by mid-morning on the day we had agreed, I texted and emailed him. A week later, I have still not had any response.
