COWBOYS!!!
Would NOT recommend this company whatsoever! Left their debris behind and despite repeated requests to remove it, each request was met with silence. They also promised they would clean all the gutters, however, they clearly haven’t and all down pipes on the property are now fully blocked and it will now cost us significantly to have this remedied. Christmas Lights
DM Property Maintenance were prompt to professional when they came to my property at the end of November 2023. Of course they were - they were getting paid to put up exterior Christmas lights AND to take them down “on dates of your choice”. Unfortunately when it came to taking the lights down they said they’d show (twice) but never did. They received full payment for the job but only provided half the service. Tradesman robbery. Promised half of the payment as a refund - never happened. My neighbours experienced the exact same so that’s two customers being conned. Cowboy!
Dylan McGinlay carried out maintenance on my gutters and roof. Was paid for this but was supposed to come back to finish off another job that he was also paid for. He has so far failed to do this despite repeated requests. He lies and then ignores. Doesn't like it when you comment on his work via Facebook, suddenly a text message is sent to you.
