Darren was excellent! On time, quick and efficient, kept the place really tidy and cleaned up afterwards with minimal disruption throughout the job. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly, helping two new home owners make the right decisions, explaining as he went so we understood every step of the process. Couldn't recommend him enough, really nice person, top quality work and fair prices. Darren called me to offer help without charging a fee. He instructed me via a WhatsApp video call on what I needed to do and then told me exactly how to solve the problem (beeping smoke detector) myself. The work was done quickly and successfully. I really appreciated his help and didn't expect to get help for free! We are very pleased with the work Darren completed at our house. He completed lots of small electrical jobs and itemised each on the quote which allowed us to pick and choose what we wanted done. Darren offered appropriate suggestions where required (such as wireless switches and type of under counter lights).
