Repair of collapsed ceiling/bathroom floor after water damage

From the prompt response for a visit and quote to the work being completed we were kept in the picture and reassured by the skills and professionalism of DNS. We had an emergency when our living room ceiling collapsed overnight after a water leak from the bathroom above. We have two young children with disabilities and were anxious to get the repairs done as swiftly as possible as both our bathroom and living room were unusable. My wife and myself were delighted with the job which was not only done superbly but also with courtesy and speed. The guys worked really hard getting it done for us and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We will definitely use DNS again in the future for our remodelling and building needs. Ten out of ten!

  Kitchen/ diner renovation

We used DNS property developers to redesign our downstairs, including opening up the kitchen and dining area, installing bifold doors leading out to the garden and redesigning the garden itself. We also had our shower room renovated. We are really pleased with the end result and have received many compliments. The work did take a little longer than originally expected and there were a few teething issues along the way, but Ross was always willing to come back and make sure everything was sorted properly.

Full house renovation — superb job

I bought a tired bungalow that needed most of it doing — rewiring, new kitchen, bathroom, even a up stairs conversion the lot. DNS project-managed it while I stayed in a rental. The programme slipped a fortnight when they found dodgy lintels, but they flagged it the same day, showed me photos and gave me the extra cost in writing before touching anything. Finished house is beautiful.
