  Make sure you book with this company rather than some others on here with more reviews, we initially had a quote at more than double the price Luke offered and with extensive building work we needed to do off our own back. Everything was completed within the time specific and exactly as was discussed and like I say at a fraction of what others on here quoted me. Will definitely be using this company again.

  Luke assesses the tasks and gives a competitive quote very quickly. We have used him for a while for servicing, fitting new radiators, fixing radiators which don't work and also some small electrical tasks. The finished work looks good and works well - he is also clear and helpful in his explanations of my heating system to me! He is completely trustworthy and often works here unaccompanied. Would totally recommend!

  Luke came to asses and quote for the job, ahead of doing it, this meant he gave us all the options on what he could do to help. And gave us a thorough answer, took all the information away with him so he could give us a quote quickly and book us in. On the day Luke was punctual, incredibly polite and carried out the job perfectly. He was very tidy and clean and left the space in perfect condition. We are very happy with his work and would happily recommend him. We will be using him again!

• Fixed boiler fault

  Boiler stopped working during the cold snap, meaning no hot water and no heating. Luke provided a quote in advance and fixed the issue that afternoon, keeping me informed along the way. Have already recommended to family. Luke also fixed a longstanding noise issue, which had been ignored for years during the regular annual service by another firm as part of their boiler care plan. It is so nice to have a quiet boiler after years of noise - thank you Luke! I have now cancelled my boiler care plan and will use Docksey Heating and Plumbing for annual boiler services and any future issues.

• Installation of water cylinder

  Luke was fantastic from start to finish. Installation of a new water cylinder that needed doing after many years. He explained every part of the process and was extremely tidy. He will now be the first person we contact for anything plumbing and gas related!
