Kitchen tiles (Backsplash)
While we were happy with the initial work, the grouting in our kitchen has started to come apart within 6 months, leaving cracks and holes along 2 walls. We now know that Alex should have put silicon where all our tiles meet our kitchen worktop to avoid this happening, but did not do so. Having since contacted him to rectify the situation, he has not been apologetic or taken responsibility for an unfinished job, stating that we should have hired someone else to do the silicon at the time (despite this never being mentioned).

Floor tiling in my kitchen
I had the tiling fitted on my floor im the kitchen and it had exceeded my standards and fulfilled my wants. I would 100% refer him to one of my friends and ask for his service again.
