Great experience getting window with cat flap installed
Great experience getting a new window unit put in with a cat flap in. They responded really quickly to my first enquiry with detailed questions, established the widows was big enough for a car flap, ordered the unit and fitted it all within a few weeks. Dolan windows
Dolan windows fitted 14 windows 2 sets of patio doors and a back and front door for me. They were fast , efficient and they cleaned up any mess as they went along. The boys were polite courteous and friendly and the work was carried out within the 5 day timescale that they had estimated. The work was done about a year ago and I had a couple of minor issues like a small mark on a frame and a window that needed a small adjustment. This was dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. From start to finish we had a great experience with Dolan Windows and Doors. We were shown plenty of different options and their mobile showroom was really helpful in deciding what we wanted. We were given a fair and honest quote and managed to get booked in quickly on a date that suited us. New bathroom double glazed window fitted
I needed a new replacement double glazed window fitted for my bathroom due to an old broken hinge on the existing window and prior to a complete new bathroom installation. Dolan Windows and Doors did a fantastic job of fitting the window and it took them less than 2 hours from arrival to departure to complete. The fitters were very well mannered and courteous. Since 2008, window and door installations have been carried out by Kieran Dolan carrying on from his father Jim, who fitted his first hand built sash and case window in 1978. This invaluable knowledge and experience makes Dolan windows and doors the best choice to supply your products and that's why we are The Window and Door Specialist.
Our process
Step 1. Our service begins by Kieran visiting the property for a 15-30 minute survey. In which he will get a sense on what you want, what you need and offering professional advise on which products would suit your property best. We also have a mobile showroom that we can bring direct to your home which has all of the products we supply for our customers to browse without having to travel!
Step 2. Within 24 hours you will have a quote sent via your preferred method and upon acceptance we will finalise your details and get a suitable install date. Kieran personally measures and orders every job so there is no need to send out a surveyor who hasn't talked to you about the products or the finish. You deal with one person from start to finish.
Step 3. On the day of Installation Kieran and the team will arrive on time, and will fit all of your products as specified. We remove all waste from site and hoover and tidy up the site. We then show our customers how everything operates, and the best way to take care of them to make sure the products last long after the guarantee has finished
