Arrived on time and got straight on with the installation , very professionial and completed the work , showed and explained how it worked 10/10

I was impressed with the level of knowledge and communication skills used at the initial presentation and point of sale by Paul Smith. The standard of the installation carried out by Glyn Thomas was to a very high level and I am very pleased with the service I have received from Dolphin Stairlifts East Anglia overall. I would have no hesitancy recommending Dolphin Stairlifts to anyone considering having a stairlift installed.

We had a stairlift fitted this week And we were very pleased with the service, all the staff that came out were so helpful and friendly and very professional and we would highly recommend this company.

Very efficient and friendly staff from the man who measured and assessed it to the man who fitted it today on the hottest day of the year . He left no mess behind and I was amazed he completed the work by lunchtime. It looked immaculate and top end of the market fitted nicely against the wall and chair so comfortable. He explained how it all worked and watched me control it . I used it on my own later on and was so pleased to be able to go upstairs again haven't been able to since before Christmas looking forward to having a shower and getting some summer clothes down . Would highly recommend

Following an unexpected disability, Dolphin EA won the council contract of supplying and fitting a stairlift for me. From initial visit to final call to check all is well, the service and advice I received was second to none. They were not at all pushy and their fitter made an excellent job and left everything so clean and tidy. I would highly recommend using Dolphin and will be forever grateful to them.
