I found the company brilliant, they got in touch about installing the Stair-lift when another job was finished they asked me to ring them , I did that and arranged a date and time to have it installed, the job was done very efficiently and I am very happy with it.

The company was very helpful listening to my needs. They arrived on time they kept me in the loop with all that was going on. They fitted on exactly time they said the engineer was extremely helpful and professional.

Dolphins Stairlifts fitted my straight stairlift and I would highly recommend them. They arrived on time and were able to fit the stairlift in a couple of hours. They were thorough with testing the stairlift to see all was working well and found it was making a noise when someone was seated on it so they will be returning to replace the faulty part but I was reassured all was well in the mean time. They explained how to use the stairlift and made sure I was confident in how to do so. Thank you!
