  Been planing to build an extension at our property and we hired Richard to do our planing drawings and structural drawings, they been very helpful and very responsive, can’t recommend them enough for the help they done. Richard made everything look easy and we are very pleased with the drawings that this firm has provided.

  Architect drawings for loft works

  Planning and construction drawings

  Planning permission for a 4.5m extension and a loft conversion which required increasing the ridge height by 0.8m. Richard set expectations and advised that it possibly would be refused, but had a good chance of going through on appeal. We decided to take the risk. Enfield council did initially refuse the applications, but with Richards help through the appeal process we were granted permission. We have now got construction drawings from Richard and are getting quotes to do the work. A couple of loft companies have mentioned how well we have done to get planning for raising the ridge height.
