DHA were very helpful and responsive. They sent someone within a couple of days, diagnosed the issue and fitted a replacement part. That didn’t quite work so they came back and sorted it and now it works!! Liam our engineer was very good. Polite, punctual and tidy. The office people on the phone were polite and helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about too. All in all very happy that the freezer is repaired. Will use again.

Fantastic! Sorted out a broken dishwasher quickly, and very usefully had the needed spare part in the van. Very impressed.

I just had my dishwasher repaired by DHA, they contacted me yesterday to tell me that they would come between 2 and 4 pm , then this morning I had an update that they would come between 12 and 2 pm and they arrived at 11.30 am that was nice .At the last visit the repair man Kevin removed the pump of the machine and by doing so I couldn’t open the dishwasher door at 100% , it would only open at 95% so the tray was rolling back into the machine and it made it very difficult to load the tray. I mentioned it to Kevin before he started the repairs of the pump, He fixed his mistake all is perfect

Excellent company. Had a fault with our dishwasher, came out same day and cleaned some parts so we got a few more weeks use. Issue came back so they didnt push to replace parts as it was beyond repair. Not pushy and great advice given.

The engineer turned up on time when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He looked at the issue and resolved it but there were further issues which required a replacement part. He was very helpful and courteous throughout. I would recommend this company for any work.
