Our washer dryer was faulty and couldnt complete a wash without the fault code F08 coming up. Magun got in touch and arranged a visit for the following morning. He inspected the appliance and gave a thorough report with all the details required. Would highly recommend!

Great communication value and excellence service all around

Magun Dhedhi came to me, through NAC, to replace the ignition in my gas hob. It was the correct item, but the part to press to action the spark was different. Magun took apart the old one, then the new one, and with work on it, he assembled the original part into the new box. If.he hadn't been able, or willing even, to try this it would have meant me buying a new hob, plus the new part couldn't be returned for a refund. He spent a lot more time than avstraight forward exchange would have taken. He worked diligently to get this idea to take place. And with no further charge for extra time.
