  Yordan came to fix our dishwasher at 8pm, and we really appreciate it. He quickly identified the problem and the fix was also efficient and effective, when I thought the problem was bad he fixed it within 20 min. Very reliable and very friendly.

  The dryer part of our washer dryer wasn’t working, Dan was very responsive and came to look at the problem. He was able to diagnose it right away - the dryers safety switches has been triggered meaning no heat was entering the dryer. He explained everything to me and also showed me how the machine worked and how to best care for it as we’d just moved in! Thank you very much

  Dan is brilliant. We had a flooding fault with our integrated dishwasher and he came out the same day and fixed it within 30 minutes. Dan is very friendly and an expert with appliances, we will definitely be using him again in the future!
