  Dan was responsive, reliable and provided good advice. He came within an hour of me seeking help, provided a diagnosis for the fault and then returned as promised to install the part he ordered. As the part did not resolve the fault, he provided two pathways - further replacement parts, which he cautioned may still not fix the problem, or for us to order a new dishwasher (given the age of the machine). We chose to buy a new machine and he did not then charge us for the work he did.

  Washing machine and oven repair

  Dan repaired our washing machine the previous week and then returned to repair our oven having sourced the new part. We have used Dan before and cannot fault his knowledge and skill and he is a very nice person and very easy to deal with.
