I would absolutely recommend, the engineer was very clear about the work that needed to be done and how long it would take. The estimate was 1 day but it ended up being 2 because the job was a lot more complicated than first thought. I had expected to need a replacement boiler but was assured that I only needed a service. The water tank replacement was done carefully and he left the house tidy between the work days and was flexible with my schedule. Engineer was very helpful and competitively priced.

Tony was on time, very thorough and kept us informed about what he was doing and why. He clearly had a very good knowledge and experience. Also very reasonable rates.

Tony is an excellent engineer. He is clear in his assessment in the works required He was prompt, got us out of a an initial problem then replaced the boiler flushed the system and added new radiators He then fitted a new ensuite to our bed room
