Quick action on repair, straightforward and effective. Very persistent afterwards to get me to have insurance, which I did. But when I tried to go to smart care awards after getting a text message I couldn't understand how it worked. There was a lot about new equipment but didn't find care packs, and I didn't want a new machine. Then I got a mysterious email about having insured me twice but the phone number given to find out about this was said to be very expensive on a mobile, whic is all I have. The mail was protected by the usual no reply system. so a lot of enthusiasm but confusing.
