Soft washing is the way forward.

I have to be honest. I never knew what soft washing was and Chris did his best to explain to me how clean my house would look after he completed it? He did so well explaining it that I thought for that price I’ll give it a go wow I’m so happy with how our house looks. It’s the best in the street and sparkling like brand-new. Thank you, Chris.

Spring clean of fascia and soffit. Soft wash of windows frames and seals, porch and doors

We use Chris every spring time because he’s so reliable and does a wonderful job. Over the winter, our facias and soffit always get a bit green and grimy. When Chris works his magic everything looks like brand-new for the summer. Highly recommend.

Coldest night of the winter CH boiler emergency.

It was a Sunday evening when the temperature was minus 7 degrees and our CH boiler had packed up, when I requested help via Checkatrade. Chris of DMS quickly confirmed that he was able to change his booking schedule as it was urgent, and visit us around noon on Monday. He kept in contact to advise his updated arrival time and was able to get our CH boiler working in no time at all. He found that, of all things, a bee had crawled in and blocked the condensate pipe, causing the boiler to malfunction. Chris was polite, tidy and explained everything in laymen terms and not expensive. Recommended.

Central Heating boiler shut down.

We had been away for a little while and upon returning to the house, on the coldest night of the winter, we quickly became aware that the house was feezing cold, despite the CH being left on a low heat setting. The boiler refused to start and I contacted Checkatrade and despite it being early evening, one of the initial three companies responded. He was able to visit first thing the following morning and then fixed the problem very quickly. His knowledge of the operation of CH boilers was impressive as was his quick, neat and tidy work. We can highly recommended Chris of DHS.

Central Heating boiler shut down.

Chris contacted us very quickly and being local, was able to call in to inspect and then correct the fault immediately. We were very impressed with his overall knowledge of the boiler and he knew exactly where the problem was. He explained in laymen's terms what he was doing, so that we understood the reasons that it had failed. In fact, it was a bee that had ventured into the system and blocked the condensate pipe! We do recommend Chris for his quick, neat and tidy work and will be using him to complete the annual boiler service and any other future works as required.
