Domestic tech Limited arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. He summarised our options and was able to give a reasonable estimate for price and timescale to carry out the necessary repair. Due to the age of the machine and the cost of a replacement motor we opted instead to replace the machine.

Had a fault with a Neff electric oven whereby the cooling fan wouldn’t switch off automatically after use. Sajmir attended a call out at a convenient time and diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement part, and attended again a few days later to fit it. Communication was good throughout and left a tidy work area. Would use again for faulty appliances.
