Frozen fridge
Their engineer told me my fridge was a write off from a picture, turns out it was just the fan, they charged me £30 to secure the appointment and was a fight to get that refunded when I tried to cancel the next day

Removal and fitting of a new dishwasher
Contacted Domestix to remove a faulty dishwasher and replace with a newly purchased model. Company and engineer were professional and reliable.
