engineer attended he had been in touch with a collegue by phone who advised him if the condensor was very hot to the touch it would not be worth repairing and regassing so we will need to buy new fridgefreezer

A really helpful company, I called the office as there no reply on the check a trade mail chat and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, despite the alright offered having gone with check a trade chat issues she still managed to juggle and fit me in as I was going away. The engineer was efficient and polite, whilst he could not repair he was here a long time stripping everything down. The office then rang me back and hour after he left offering options for me to purchase and have a new machine installed next day. Great service.

Absolutely abísmales! Engineer called after adding details online. Said he would visit that evening around 7pm - took payment over the phone ( fortunately by credit card) Engineer called later said he would get to us until after 9.30pm!!! We said that far too late so he agreed to visit the next night at an appropriate time. Didn’t arrive didn’t call. Woefully inadequate!!!

Engineer arrived as agreed, unable to complete work due to difficulty accessing the appliance (flooring issue), plan - he would order the 2 potential parts needed and return when the flooring was up, it’s been up for weeks, chased last week, date arranged to visit (no parts ordered), phoned to say he needed to change to the following day. Still waiting over another week. Paid £90 for as many visits as needed, I’ve been had.

Paid for diagnosis and engineer said to replace, not worth to call out for fridges.
