Did for me. I bought a kitchen from Wren. Sam did the electrical work, paid for in full, unfinished .Tom did the kitchen fit, we were advised by them to not have the tech wall and have tiles instead. I bought the tiles, bear in mind Tom had been paid to fit the wall covering. I still have no tiles, he arranged a date , No show! I have not heard a thing from him! We paid £6000 for the electrical work and LVT flooring, this is still not finished. I paid for new doors, still not finished, gaps in the architrave which I was assured would be filled. Do not pay them upfront.
