Complete heating system installation
The job was for removal of back boiler, water tanks, immersion tank, replace 5 radiators, install additional 3 and install a combi boiler. The whole team at DPH were superb from an initial assessment and advice to a detailed quote and work completed professionally and with all rubbish recovered and everything left clean. Thermostatic cartridge change
I typically won't hand out max scores however, I genuinely can't find fault with the service provided. Communication was clear/transparent, deadlines were met within the time frame provided and documention was always given via email. Todays plumbing activity
The company fitted a pumped system to improve an existing shower. The workers were very polite and explained things to us. They provided covers to our stair carpet and "hoovered" up after they had finished. First class service
DPH provided a first class service, from quotation to installation and even when I had to delay the work there wasn’t an issue. New boiler, flue, gas supply replaced, 12 radiators swapped, 2 relocations, Hive heating system. System tested. Text the day before to inform of start time, arrived early, the engineers where very efficient and did a great job, left all areas clean and tidy when the work was completed.
