  Under sink leak

  I called Don in the morning and he arrived that afternoon following his other job. Excellent communication turned up when he said he would and more importantly fixed the problem immediately. He didn’t even want to charge me as it was a quick fix. I would highly recommend Don’s services. Honest and reliable professional.

  Excellent Service, Reliable and Highly Recommended!

  We’ve been using Don’s Plumbing Service for the past couple of months while renovating our home and they’ve been amazing. The first job was an emergency with our family bathroom, and Josh came out and sorted the issue the same day. Since then, they’ve completed several more jobs, including further bathroom installations, our gas hob, kitchen sink and tap, and more. Don and Josh are both great guys, really helpful and reliable, and the quality of their work has been spot on. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, trustworthy plumber. We’ll definitely be using them again!

  Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

  Not convinced

  The chap came to change the expansion vessel, PRV, and AVV in Vitoden 100w. I wasn't home. He did the change but left the boiler at 3 bar and leaking, and told my wife porky pies about the need for an additional expansion vessel. He returned to fix the leak next day, blamed a 'failed' AVV (brand new, procured directly from Veissmann) and charged me another £100. Avoid. [ADDITION 27/10/26] - ["Edited: The trader has refunded the additional charge. Rating has to be viewed as 7/10"]

  Annual boiler service

  Dealing with Don was great from start to finish. Great communication, punctual, clean and tidy. He took the time to explain and talk me through the work and how to refill the pressure, would definitely use again.
