Excellent service from Door Gurus. They went above and beyond what was expected. Not only did they fix the issue I originally called about, but they also realigned my front door free of charge. The workmanship was excellent, they were professional and friendly. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing a great job rather than rushing through the work. Archie responded to my request almost instantly, and quoted me over the phone. I received good advice regarding the differences between the available locks. Sergio fitted the locks this morning. He was very punctual and even gave me 5 minutes' notice prior to his arrival. Very pleased with his work. Would recommend.

I happened across Archie when I was searching for a UPVC and double-glazed door engineer. He answered my query immediately and arrived today (Sunday) to do the job although he lives in Bristol and I Swindon. Clearly knows his stuff, worked with quiet and fast efficiency and gave advice on locks and burglar prevention, which I knew was correct! The 'seemingly unfixable' door was fixed and working as new in literally minutes and the patio door was lifted and it works perfectly - he knew what was wrong just by looking. Impressive. Also oiled everything. I am not naive, he is good..... HAPPY

We had our front door repaired and realigned by Archie and the difference is incredible. It’s never worked properly since it was installed eight years ago, despite multiple attempts by the original installer to fix it. Archie quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to a really high standard. The door now opens and closes perfectly smooth, secure, and exactly how it should have been from the start. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Highly recommended!!
