I cannot praise Matt enough, after purchasing a log cabin with the intention of building it myself I found out very quickly it was beyond me. So I took to Check a Trade who put me in touch with Dopson's, Matt came along looked at the job gave some helpful advise and gave me a price and a start date, which I took him up on. For two days he grafted in this summer heat to repair my faults and complete the construction at a reasonable price.

Great communication from Matt, was able to fit us in very quickly in order to help with other work going on at the house. He was really helpful and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

I am delighted with the work Matt has done to my garden. He was friendly, punctual and reliable. He ensured that he knew exactly what needed to be done and checked in along the way. He was very tidy and removed all the garden waste. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact I have already requested quotes for a list of jobs that need to be done in the house including shower replacement, waste removal, picture hanging, tap replacements. You probably have a list of jobs which you need to get round to as well! Get Matt to give you a quote and you’ll wonder why you left it so long!

Matt has done a great job on removing a rotten old fence post from the ground and erecting a new post/few panels and repairing several other spots along my boundary fence. The removal of the old post was a really tough job, especially in the recent hot weather, so well done Matt. Also, had other work done on clearing my guttering and rub done my downpipes. Again great work. Highly recommend and will have Matt back to do more work.

From start to finish communication was excellent, we had to tweak the quotes a few times due to us changing our minds and they were very patient with us. We also got Matthew to do foundation work for a patio as well as the door work and he did a brilliant job and always explained his process and went beyond to make it all look finished to a high standard. Thank you, we would highly recommend.
