Five star efficiency - wholeheartedly recommended.
Wayne completed the work to activate the heat pump system, which took several all day visits, to rectify the incompetent way in which the original new build ASHP system had been installed by a Daikin accredited engineer. A complete reprogramming of every sector and room was necessary, which Wayne completed cheerfully, patiently, competently and professionally. I could not recommend him and the quality of his work more highly.

Air source heat pump problems.
Wayne succeeded where others failed. Very professional and knowledgeable with the Air Source Heat Pump systems. Fixed our heat pump, when the previous heating engineers were clueless.

Boiler leak
Wayne responded really quickly to our job request and was there the next day. He identified several points of leaks and fixed them all, staying some time into the evening to get the job done. We had complete confidence in Wayne and would not hesitate calling on him again.

Boiler repair
I was looking for a second opinion on broken boiler, I called Wayne who managed to visit us in a few hours and brought a hot water back to our home within 20 minutes. He explained the problem, temporarily fixed the boiler while the parts were on order. He carried the repair and annual service in a few days later. I would be still waiting and paying the other company for unnecessary servise, if I didn't call Wayne. I'm very grateful he was free that morning.

Wayne called before arriving letting me know when he would arrive, which was on time as he said . He carried out the work he was brought in to do an annual service on a Daikin heat pump, he was thorough in his work and kept me updated as he progressed on the job . I would highly recommend him a s he is a credit to his trade well done Wayne

CH control system
CH boiler was burning continuously even when timer OFF and thermostat low. Dorchester Boiler solutions came on same day as they were contacted, identified the problem, replaced a failed valve and sent me a very reasonable invoice. Very satisfied.
