Responsive and honest. Recommended.
I had a blocked external drain that I discovered at 3pm on a Friday. Jamie was polite and professional when I called and arrived within a couple of hours. He knew exactly what to do and set about doing it straight away in the dark and heavy rain! He also gave me advice to help avoid further issues. I was so grateful. Good reliable friendly service 👌
I highly recommend using this company. We had raw sewage in or garden due to a cleaner putting a cloth down our toilet. Seems trivial, but over the 3 weeks of her leaving or property our toilet started to back up. We called drainage geeks who responded in less than 2 hours. They isolated the problem in 10 minutes. Removed the blockage and after flushing the drains with the spider water jet thingy 😳 im sure they called it something else! 😄 They showed me that the drain was now clear with the camera system they use.
