  Replace dead boiler and install new in new location

  Really good service. It was that really cold snap and there was no heat. Jerry dropped everything and installed in double-quick time. Really nice, helpful, efficient and reasonable too. Would recommend to anyone.

  Fix leaking shower waste and install outside tap.

  Leaking shower waste trap - work excellent and no further issues. Outside tap - work poor, as joint failed less than a year later. Despite many calls to Dorset Mechanical (Jerry Rideout) and a video of problem sent, I received no response apart from one text to say that he would call later, which never happened. I had to get another plumber to fix who said that the outside pipe had been “crushed” to fit the tap and the olive joint loose. A section of pipe and tap had to be replaced. Very disapppointing!

  To replace a waste soil pipe and replace a kitchen tap

  This is the second time I have used Dorset Mechanical Limited. They are professional, courteous and extremely tidy. Jerry and Tom turned up and just cracked on. If anyone needs a plumber Dorset Mechanical must be First on your list.
