The price established at the begging wasn’t the price that I’ve paid on completion. The extra charge of £150 was added, despite the owner said he will cover that. No respect for the property left mess and untidy they finished. Despite working from home, they were entering my property from the neighbours side without checking with me first. Very unprofessional, tried to find faults like complete repair and putting an extra pressure to pay £14000 instead of £1850-2200 and apparently to deduct that. I would recommend to be very very and to make sure you get exact price before they do any work.
