From start to finish, Dorset Solar were exceptional. Martin is very knowledgeable and all our questions were answered. The installation job went smoothly, and we are very happy with the result. Martin and Amy are lovely, and all their staff very pleasant to have around- we would definitely recommend.

Process was quick and easy. Martin came along for a chat, discussed the pro’s and con’s of system design, agreed a 10 x panel, smart inverter and 12Kh battery. A few days later the quote was supplied along with design details and potential sun hours and peaks / lows for generation. A month later Martin and his men turned up to do the installation. Over a very busy day the installation was complete and up and running. About 7 days later the Dorset solutions pack arrived on my mail. All certificates, warranties, user guides and invoice. A seamless supplier - customer experience. 10/10.

The whole experience with the Dorset Solar Solutions team has been great. They've done what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The workmanship is faultless and all interactions have been great. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

From the initial enquiry to completion, everything went like a dream. Martin came to have a look at my existing system and confirmed that what I wanted was doable so having received a competitive quote we booked the battery/inverter install. Amy handled all the necessary paperwork and on the day Martin and Tommy carried out all work and left the area clean and tidy. Since the install I have had a couple of questions and Amy has responded quickly with good information. Thanks to you both and I wish you well. If I decide in the future to have another battery added I know who to call.

Excellent all round... from initial design options, the installation, through to final handover. I had done a little background research but the whole process was explained clearly with projections and details of the installation components. The system is running well with no hiccups, and any email requests were handled very promptly. I am very happy and would highly recommend Martin and Amy for any solar install.
