The quote and works completed were all accompanied with pictures and video showing what the problem was and what had been done to rectify the issue; a job well done.   Generally very good all round, but a few points where there's room for improvement. The scaffolders turned up without any prior warning - a breakdown in communication between them and Double A. Clearing up afterwards wasn't 100%, a few strip of materials left behind, a nail gun strip and a few other bits. But overall the workmanship was good, timekeeping, courtesy etc all OK. I had to prompt to get the warranty certificate and I was disappointed to find it is NOT transferable to a new owner. As Double A were aware the house is being sold they should have pointed this out to me.

  We needed a partial roof repair. Adam and John turned up a few hours after we posted the job. They looked at it via ladder and gave a quote that was significantly less than the other 2 firms that applied. They arrived 2 days later and finished the job.

  Double A consulting were brilliant. I was nervous about getting my roof done as I know there are a lot of options out there. You want to make sure you get the right person. I got 5 quotes and went with Double A. Albert came over and quoted quickly and professionally. The team were so quick. They had a roof off and the new roof on in two days. They went above and beyond to make it a smooth operation. They also came in on budget which was really important to us. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

  My experience with Double A Roofers was a very positive one . They communicative from start to finish. Progress reports along the way. They have done a Beautiful job, my roof now is water tight and looks wonderful. The chaps were very diligent and courteous,listened to what we required and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. I would certainty recommend Double A to anyone needing a roof repaired or replacement.

• Laying a new flat roof.

  Very impressed with Adem and his team. They laid the new flat roof in one day and then even came back to sort a leaky pipe (which wasn’t anything to do with the new roof) super quickly. Also impressed that they continued to follow up to make sure everything was sorted days after the work was complete.
