Did not show up and does not return calls
They came in and sent me a quote which I did accept and we booked appointment for repair. First appointment: thy called me in the morning to postpone it. It was postponed for about a month. Second appointment- they did not show up and did not call me. I called them a few times, left a voicemail, sent an E-mail but no response. Avoid

Repairing a window lock
Work was completed very very quickly. Iain is friendly and always helpful and very efficient. This is the second job he has carried out for us . I thoroughly recommend him.
