This is the 3rd time we've used Douglas Hutchins. The guys were great, laid our new patio and side paths beautifully, built a small wall and fitted 2 new gates. They built on our initial idea with added ideas and advice of their own and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The guys were all very friendly and professional and especially considerate of the fact I had small children, cutting the tiles as far away from the house as possible!

Patio cleaned and re-grouted, new fence panels and fixed some old posts, new front path and steps, plus a few odd jobs. Second time we have used this company, the guys are great, know exactly what they are doing and give different options and advice. The end result looks fab and we are really pleased

I cannot recommend Douglass and his team - Will and Paul - highly enough. From the very start we had good advice about the choice of tile ( from Dorset Soils and Aggregates/Stone Zone Ferndown) and design. They worked hard each day they were on site, keeping disruption and noise to a minimum and often staying late to finish a particular section. Will and Paul were friendly and pleasant to have around and we now have a fabulous new patio and path to use this summer ! ... and they loved their coffee :-)

First class work to dig up damaged concrete driveway, and replace with edged gravel, including extending pathway to front door, creating new steps, and installing a land drain to solve a drainage problem. Douglas gave us good advice regarding materials and techniques to solve tricky problems and achieve the best result. Will and Paul worked meticulously and were polite and cheerful. All rubbish was taken away and everywhere left clean and tidy. We are very happy with the new drive and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

All work discussed and any changes explained. Area left clean and tidy at end of each day. The guys worked hard and great attention to detail . Would recommend.
