  Bungalow attic conversion - 2 beds and WC added

  Dean was great to deal with. It cost what he said it would cost and he finished the job on time. Communication was good during the work and Dean added lots of details we would not have thought of or known about to make sure we'd be delighted with the end result. We've since recommended Dovetail to family and friends

  Creation of large dining kitchen and creating two rooms and a bathroom upstairs with new velux windows.

  Great work and loving our new space. The overall project has taken longer than expected due to Covid-19 but Dovetail have been great at keeping us informed about what is happening and when we can get everything finished off. Great communication and pro-active approach.

  Full downstairs renovation with structural work creating new living space in an 1860's property.

  The property is an 1860's stone Clock house which required to be gutted and structurally changed. The renovation was completed within budget and sympathetically to the style of property. The team managed to not compromise on quality throughout. Dovetail were extremely professional and helped us understand the process from day one. This involved discussing any issues when they arose and creating new plans where needed. The site was left clean and the workers were understanding of our neighbours close proximity throughout. We are delighted with our new home. Thank you Dovetail for your help.

  Fit new bathroom, put 2 rooms together to make new kitchen

  Extensive renovation of existing kitchen, new bathroom, decoration of hall.

  We cannot recommend Dovetail highly enough. The work was planned in detail before starting and Dean was great at translating our initially quite vague ideas into reality. The job was completed very efficiently and the quality of workmanship was particularly high. Communication with Dovetail was great and any problems that cropped up were presented alongside their potential solutions. A small leak into the downstairs neighbour's flat was very promptly dealt with. In all, Dovetail were fantastic and we are really pleased with how the flat has turned out.

  Renovation/Restoration new town flat.

  Absolutely exceptional. Extraordinary quality. Absolutely respectful to deadlines and budget. Dean and his team are loyal partners to the client. Duration of work - 70 days.
