The report was for an house we were buying. Initially, the response was very quick and efficient and quote acceptable. But after the survey carried out, there were issues. Major were: 1) Poor quality of the report and not standard ( all the asbestos removal company complained it was not standard and poor quality, nearly all of them refused to provide a removal quote based on the report) 2) Surveyor never replied to any attempts to contact him following the provision of quotes for removal.

We booked this company to remove an artex ceiling and paid a deposit to secure a date as we were assured they could carry out this work without surveying the property. After having another tradesman visit the property regarding another job, we were advised that the works would not be possible because the ceiling was concrete - something the company had failed to ask when agreeing to carry out this work. They then told us they couldn’t complete the work but refused to return our deposit. I would highly recommend staying clear of this company, certainly without having them survey the work first.

Simon was great from start to finish. We recently purchased our first home and wanted to know about asbestos in our home. We had a management survey, it went ahead as planned with no delay, the asbestos survey was really easy to understand and Simon was great! We really appreciated his advice.
