Really lovely people, did exactly what they said they would. The installer knew exactly what to do was very professional. He was one of those guys you trust and he and his company gave us old fashioned service with a smile. That’s something you don’t see much these days. I highly recommend them

The team at Downlight Electrical gave a 5 star service from start to finish. Ed was very knowledgeable and gave me a secure understanding of what they can offer and the best fit for our needs - a home EV charger. Ellie sorted all the logistics with SSEN and before I knew it two friendly electricians came and without fuss and mess installed the charger in no time and gave me all I needed to get set-up and running.

Had an initial 10 minute video call with Ed, he went through the process, and determined that it should be a standard install ensuring that costs were kept to a minimum. Ellie in the office has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Quick with responses to emails, and any questions I had. Had my EV charger fitted by Elliot.
