  Loft conversion

  I used Down Side Builders for my loft conversion after they were recommended by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole team were friendly, professional, and always kept the house clean and tidy. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and without fuss. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished space is exactly what we hoped for. I would highly recommend them.

  We have used Downs Side Builders as a family over the last 3 decades. Over that time the quality of work and overall experience has been outstanding. All comms are great and timelines kept. Our family will be continuing to use them in the years to come.

  Ceiling fix

  We used Downside to help us repair a ceiling after some water damage. They have always been so reliable and trustworthy after doing a load of work in our previous property. Already will be lining them up for more work.

  Extensions / Conversions

  Extension + internal reconfiguration

  Downside Builders carried out a kitchen extension for us and made several internal changes — moving the front door to the front of the house, moving the staircase, reconfiguring internal walls, and fitting both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. We’re really pleased with the end result! A big thank you to Stuart and the team. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they worked hard to keep things as clean and disruption-free as possible. Would highly recommend them.

  Loft Conversion

  Downside provide a professional and friendly service. Planning from start to finish was carried our perfectly ensuring that stages of the job transitioned flawlessly. The tradesmen are all kind and courteous and offer advise and a solution approach. The final build is excellent and we couldn't be more pleased with the result which was completed in the time frame given. We would highly recommend Downside and thank the team for their work.
