  Ian is a master in landscaping. He spent a good amount of time with me planning the job to my vision. He’s honest and gave me loads of advice on perfecting the idea in detail. Ian, Craig and Lee worked really hard to extend my garden, new boundary, lush fence panelling, constructed perfect pergola, ripped up old patio, needless drain and replaced with new patio. Massively increased and organised my garden space. Ian is great because he really thinks through the detail. Blown away by their result. Thank you Ian, Craig and Lee.

  Replace and extend patio. Build pergola

  Thanks to Ian, Craig and Lee. We are so pleased with our excellent patio and pergola. It looks great and it really enhances the garden. All aspects of the work were excellent. Ian plans all the deliveries and carries out the work to a high standard. We would definitely recommend.

  Over promise, under deliver.

  I have had to chase this trader for a quote and have been let down on multiple occasions. I understand that it can sometimes take time to honor an arrangement but if it's not communicated to you, aside from it wasting you're time it's rude. Sending a simple text takes no time at all.

  I am extremely sorry you felt that I was not responsive enough to your request for a quote and that you felt let down on multiple occasions. During my visit to you on Tuesday 21st March, I informed you that I was going away on 30th March, so I would try to get the quote to you over the weekend of the 25th March but by Wednesday 29th March at the latest. Your email and phone call on Tuesday 28th March was the only time you had to chase me, and during this call I confirmed again that I would get the information to you by the 29th March before I went away, which is when I sent it. I hoped that during those communications that timeframes were made clear. I am the owner of the company and work 6 days a week doing the hard landscaping so my time to do quotes is generally in the evenings and/or Sundays therefore, I try to set clear expectations about when I am able to provide the quote from the outset. I apologise if this was not understood.

  Love our new patios. Thanks Ian, Craig and Lee!! :-). Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Ian and his team again. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Delivered on time despite the rainy days. Kept the area clean and tidy. Brilliant job done.
