Jo came on time and she explained to me what needed to be done for the carpet cleaning. She was quick and a great job with my carpet. She also cleaned the rest of my house well and tidied things away in the correct places.

Jo was flexible in agreeing a time that was best for me and arrived on time. She also always checks to see if there have been any changes in where I store things so that she puts things away in the right places. Jo always asks me to check when she's finished to see if i'm happy with the job, which I always am. Sometimes she will even help declutter areas for me so that my home looks better and she is always pleasant and friendly to have in my home.

Jo was brilliant! She was courteous and was able to understand what was required. The final work was neat and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend them again.

Jo was just brilliant! She was friendly, understanding of what was needed, and easy to contact prior to work being done. On the day, we were met with a smile and bang on time (early in fact!). We went over the conversation my partner and Jo had previously, stating it was a real top to toe job, as the wood dust from sanding had got EVERYWHERE. By this point Jo was picking out the problem areas (incl less obvious ones), and explaining how she would approach e.G. Soft brush for the walls. They did a amazing work, keep everything in the right place , they are very polite and attention to the details.

She came on time and hoovered and mopped my floors. She also made our bed and tidied up all my rooms.
