This person arranged to come to me between 12-30-1. I texted at 1-15 to double check he was as still coming. Nothing. Texted again at 2.45 and said I needed to go out so would have to cancel. Nothing. Abit rude really.

Dan came out at our arranged time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned a few days later with the part and quickly got the oven working again.
