Garage conversation with regulation sign off

The transformation from grey, dark and dingy garage to huge, bright and modern bedroom was amazing, he must be a magician ??. Also, he handled all regulation processes and provided documentation was signed off saving me the hassel of paperwork. Will definitely use his services again.
