It is deepest regret that I have to write this report but I am not happy as the work that was completed in August to what seemed to be a high standard and which I was quite happy to pay the agreed price for was not as it seemed. The crack on the main part of my wall reappeared in September so I have now wasted a large amount of money and my wall has the same crack. I have given every opportunity to the vendor to rectify to which he initially agreed to do but he did not come to my house and is now ignoring my emails and texts. Very bad aftercare and I am really disappointed

The customer was explained before the job started that cracks could reappear, as cracks are caused by underlying issues normally in the brickwork. There were multiple cracks in various areas and as the customer explained when the job was finished there was no longer any evidence of cracks remaining and she was pleased with the work and finish. When I was informed of a crack reappearing I explained that she would need to seek builders guidance to find out the underlying problem. I explained that if I fixed the crack, it would come back again if a builder does not find the problem first. This client was not happy with this solution. Out of 100+ reviews this is my first ever low mark. There is always one.
