Quoted the same day after being let down 3 times, gave a written quote and explained the work required, arrived on time and the guy doing the work was showing me videos and pictures at different stages, the only problem they had was a tiling size error which the team over came promptly, after a bad history of traders around Kirkby I’ve got to say it’s a nice change of pace to come across a nice team, extremely professional and just easy to talk to, would strongly advise them and I will use them going forward for any issues I have

Excellent and professional. They arrived on site and took time to check the whole roof and inform us any issues. Talked us through the issues explaining how to rectify them. Gave us a quote for the whole job. The team arrived onside and immediately started they worked extremely well and the task was complete in a professional manner and ontime. Doug kept us apprasied throughout the job.

Just used this firm for roof repairs in Mansfield and having spoken to Douglas he visited the house immediately and face timed me showing me the roof using a drone highlighting repairs needed. Quoted fair price and he proceeded and the next working day the job was done very professionally. Sent me videos and photos to show what he had done. Please use him if you need anything doing. Highly recommend.

Douglas and his team were great from start to finish. His communication was superb, always getting back to me almost instantly. His drone allowed me to have a really good look at what needed to be done with our chimneys and what it looked like afterwards. He came as recommendation from someone in my village and I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone else. The service was very speedy and delivered to our total satisfaction. From my first WhatsApp enquiry, the whole job was completed in a matter of days.
