    We’d been looking for a builder for ages and finally came across DPS. Damo was very responsive, offered a very reasonable quote, always showed up when he said he would, and kept me updated the whole time. After having issues with a previous builder’s work, Damo understood that we were concerned about quality but we needn’t have worried. Everything was finished to a very high standard and better than I expected. The whole team were polite, kept noise to a minimum, and tidied up after themselves every day. I would have no hesitation recommending DPS Construction and Maintenance.

    I have to say I am well happy with my new build, 2 bedroom house, he did all the groundwork’s and finishes ready to move in all finished to painting, he controlled the project from start to finish dealing with everything from planning to meeting the building inspectors to signing off, I highly recommend dps for any job you have, and I have to say I was amazed when they finished, my place was left spotless, very respectful and hardworking team would recommend to anyone

    Building work was completed within budget, to a good standard and on time. Never had an issue contacting them. Like any project of this nature; we encountered some unexpected issues and challenging time pressures. DPS reacted well to these and embraced the challenging things (specifically deeper footings than expected, kitchen delivery and kitchen templating date).

    I have no hesitation in recommending DPS. They took on a job that was difficult due to poor access; their work is of the highest quality and they were professional, tidy and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely ask them to do any other work in the future.
