Appalling. Dragonfly moved me in April 2022.They left 1/4 of my furniture in my garage as the removal of glass they had promised did not happen. For 10 days I had no where to sit other than my bed because Shane was on holiday. Instead of apologising he abused me for 8 minutes on the phone and I had to find another two companies to bring my furniture into my home. He has chosen to cause me great stress for8 MONTHS.

Excellent service from Shane, Ollie and Dale. Turned up on time, made my move stress free. Even though it was horrendous weather they made my removal easy and stress free. Would highly recommend Shane and the team!

Fantastic service. Every step of the process was well explained and discussed so we were always quite clear about wha was happening. Our belongings were well packed and moved to our new home without any problems at all. The men were helpful and polite and made a stressful day as easy as possible. They managed to pack all of our things very compactly and then put them into the correct rooms in a our new home. They also arranged for our old home to be cleaned ready for the new owners. I would recommend them without any reservation.
