  To fix leaking roof, replace roof tiles, fix damp in kitchen, hallway and bathroom and redecorate.

  Outstanding service by the team. Paola was brilliant at letting me know what was going on at all times. I've had many issues with builders, even ones recommended by our estate agents managing the property and have still been let down. But Dragoti has restored my faith, carrying out the work with care and sending regular updates, protecting the property while getting on with it. The finish was great and so far so good. We would 100% recommend these guys and are happy to have found a company that we trust and can use again.

  Internal plaster boarding/insulation. Replacement of main and extension roof and chimney support

  I was extremely anxious about getting this work done following bad experiences years ago with other builders. Dragoti however have restored my faith that builders will do the job that they are paid to do, to a high standard and on time. I would HIGHLY recommend them, they're hard working, solution focused and were a pleasure to work with.

  Bathroom refurbishment - AVOID

  Where do I start, poor craftsmanship, untimely, no communication, the list goes on. Took almost 3 months to refurbish a bathroom that should take a week. Grouting missing in the tiles, different coloured grouting used, holes drilled into gas pipe, mixer tap leaking, hole left through my wall when fitting mixer tap, the list goes on. The work was not even completed as Aldo requested almost DOUBLE the agreed amount to complete the work and refused to do the rest so I had to go elsewhere. His workers do not communicate with each other and are half jobs.

  Front of house and roof

  We had the front of our house renovated. It was a job well done and errors were fixed promptly. Quote was upfront and any changes to the quote was communicated beforehand. Aldo and his team also repaired our leaking roof wall, so far so good. One thing I would add, was that the roof had been repaired last year but didn't work as it turns out it req more extensive repairs and additional work was required, so it's a shame the same team didn't spot this before. Aldo and the team are thoroughly professional and polite, will provide costs in advance, it's a pleasure dealing with this team.
