Digging down, locating, removing and replacing a collapsed foul / sewage drain.
DDL did - what seems to me - a good job. Two people - Luke and Patrick- worked hard in atrocious weather for about 8 hours. They sent me 3 invoices 3 photos and 2 videos of the work they had done. The total invoiced cost was £4,080. I submitted my insurance claim the insurers drainage experts advisory company priced the job at £367.79 Naturally I protested. I was and still am being told by the insurers to ask DDL for additional information on the work they did. My complaint is that DDL do not answer my emails and their phone message box is full. Excellent service and really friendly staff

Digging down, locating, removing and replacing a collapsed foul / sewage drain.
A very quick response to my call - which was important because the collapsed drain was a health hazard for me and my neighbours. They gave me a clear description o what they planned to do, what they might find and what the cost implications might be. Prepared well for the work, arrived on schedule and carried out the work - even though there was a constant drizzle.
